Join us for PUB NIGHT! NO! This does not mean drinking like crazy people but it does mean eating some of your favourites and perhaps adding a few new ones to the list without having to go to town! You're going to love this one. The suggested donation for this dining experience is in the range of $40 to $60 per person depending on how you like to be "watered" and honestly the crab preparation with shelling takes quite a bit of time to do properly so this meal is a bit more labour intensive than most! Feel free to bring your own libations if you like however we do suggest a corkage fee of $15 if you are wanting glasses and ice to go with your own bevvy you may bring. Crunchy, sweet and definitely addictive, these fried little golden nuggets of corn love will have you begging for more. Accompanied with a chipotle aioli. This recipe has been a family favourite since it was handed down to me long long ago. A must try!

Sweet baby tomatoes marinated in handmade olive oil from my best friend's village in Calabria. Tossed with shallots from our garden, fresh garlic and torn basil we also grew just for you. Served topped on my homemade focaccia toasts.

Aug. 5th: Saturday Bay Brunch

Eggs used on our menu are collected each morning from our own free range, organically fed hens who live here with us at Swell Kitchen and are available until sold out if they decide to give us any that day. When purchased, we use free range, organically fed top quality fresh eggs when necessary. Usually Omega 3 eggs. All items are available until sold out. The suggested donation for this dining experience is in the range of $20 to $40 per person depending on how you like to be "watered" and what you order. August 13th: Sunday Cinnamon Rolls Service

Next weekend 20 trays are available for pre-order and delivery only. Tray is 12"x10" and will be stuffed to the brim for you to enjoy, I promise. Delivery to your dock is included as your tray of rolls is ready to travel. Delivery window is before noon on Sunday though that's a target and the ocean can be unpredictable. The suggested donation for this delivered tray of loveliness is in the range of $25 to $35 per order including delivery.
